Oversea visitor zone: A travel visa is needed for some overseas visitors to Mainland China. You are suggested that you should go to consult the Chinese visa office in your home country before departure. Applications can also be made at the Chinese visa office in Hong Kong for passport holders from most, but not all, countries/regions. Allow 3 working days for a normal visa. An urgent application may be processed in 1 or 2 working days at a higher fee. Some travel agents in Hong Kong also provide Chinese visa application service. You are suggested to consult the relevant transaction agency before departure.
The above fee of applying for visa should be paid by the visitors.
Required documents of business visa notification form for oversea visitors
1. The copy of oversea visitor’s valid passport (information including name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date and so on are required to be clear. It is invalid if the copy one is not clear.)
2. The copy page of the ever exit-entry China visa record.
3. Business license of company (business registration certificate)
4. The scan one of incumbency certification of visitors with company’s stamp.
5. Business visa notification form being sent by Chinese company before (this can improve the possibility of Ministry of Commerce’s approval for the visa.)
*The incumbency certification is unnecessary if the visitor is the same person of the registrar in company business license.
Warm clues:
1. Whether the visa approved or not depends on direct assessment of visa official in Chinese Embassies and Consulates Abroad. All are only on the basic of the visa content which is issued by visa official. We just only provide relative assistance for application procedures.
2. “Application Time” is the process time which we can estimate under normal circumstances. Generally, it will take 20 working days. In case of special situation which can not be expected, such as vacation, the adjustment of internal personnel in relative institution, and so on, it may delay the application. Besides, we are not responsible for any possible economic losses which are created by the later travel arrangement according the clues of visa estimate date provided by applicant.
